When I try to connect to a hub it writes: "Socks5: Address not available". What does that mean?

You have configured DC++ to use a SOCKS5 proxy, but the proxy server you have configured is not correct. The need for SOCKS5 is fairly rare, so unless you know you need it, remove it and see if DC++ works as expected.
